Under New Zealand law, wine and other alcoholic beverages can only be sold to persons aged 18 years or over.

It is illegal for us to supply liquor to anyone under the age of 18 and it is illegal to buy liquor when under the age of 18. It is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor. If you are under the age of 18 please do not attempt to use this site to purchase liquor.

Anyone purchasing wine from this site warrants to Tiki Wines Ltd that they are aged 18 years or over. Any breach of this warranty that results in action against Tiki Wines Ltd and/or New Zealand's Information Network shall be fully indemnified by the customer.

By ordering wine online you indicate that both you and the recipient are at least 18 years of age.
