Shipping policy
Our standard shipping policy:
Purchases made on our website will be delivered within New Zealand only. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses - they must be to a physical address.
We offer complimentary shipping on our website for orders of two 6 pack cases or larger across New Zealand, with the exception of the following areas, where special shipping rates apply:
Chatham Islands
Waiheke Island
Great Barrier Island
Waiheke Island
Great Barrier Island
For orders of one 6 pack case, we charge $15 for shipping across New Zealand. As indicated above, shipping rates for the Chatham Islands, Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island will differ to this.
We will dispatch orders within four business days after the day you have received confirmation of your order from us.
Deliveries within the South Island will typically arrive within 3-4 days.
Deliveries within the North Island will typically arrive within 4-5 days.
Deliveries within the North Island will typically arrive within 4-5 days.
Deliveries may be subject to delays out of our control.
