Gala apple, apricot, green olive and lemon zest on the nose, with juicy fruit, a little spice and crisp acidity on a light, fruity finish.
How it's made
It begins life as fully fermented New Zealand wine. A gentle spinning cone process then removes the alcohol while keeping the wine's natural aroma and flavour.
