Lifted aromas of ripe apple, apricot, oatmeal and lemon peel, with a lively mousse, juicy acidity and a fresh, friendly finish.
How it's made
It begins life as fully fermented New Zealand wine. A gentle spinning cone process then removes the alcohol while keeping the wine's natural aroma and flavour.
