In the glass
Pale straw green. Nectarine and stone fruit, vanilla and roasted hazelnut, with succulent fruit, stylish complexity and a delicious finish.
How we made it
Hand-picked from three blocks, whole-bunch pressed and wild fermented in a mix of new and older French barriques. The barrels were stirred through the first two months, rested over winter and went through malolactic fermentation naturally in spring.
