Light coral pink. Sweet strawberry, watermelon, Gala apple and lemon peel, with a juicy, lively palate and a long, bright finish.
At the table
Serve chilled with grilled white fish, tuna, salmon or chicken, or a platter of seafood, cheeses, charcuterie and summer fruits.
How we made it
Four grape varieties, each picked and fermented separately, then kept on fine lees before blending to capture classic rosé fruit, bright acidity and a pale colour.
