Spicy fresh pear, red apple and stone fruit on a creamy, fruit-driven palate that's smooth and mouthwatering, with a lovely long finish.
At the table
Soft, fragrant, spiced dishes, such as a mild fish biryani.
How we made it
Several Pinot Gris blocks were picked separately and fermented cool to keep their varietal character. A touch of residual sweetness was left for balance, and 8% Riesling from Waiata Vineyard was blended in to lift the aromatics.
