Classic North Canterbury Sauvignon Blanc from our home block in the Waipara Valley. Picked block by block, fermented slow and cool, with a small portion in seasoned French oak for texture. Sold by the six-pack.

In the glass

Pale straw green. Passionfruit and blackcurrant up front, with a tropical lift, and a crushed-herb note underneath that keeps it from tipping into sweetness. The palate is rounder and richer than most Sauvignon Blanc, and it finishes juicy and clean.

At the table

Made for the start of a meal. Oysters, scallops or whitebait, a plate of goat's cheese, anything green and herby. The extra texture means it will also sit happily alongside a roast chicken, which is more than most Sauvignon Blanc can manage. Serve it cold but not ice cold, around 10°C, or you'll flatten the aromatics.

Grown regeneratively

Tiki Wine & Vineyards is New Zealand's first Certified Regenerative vineyard and winery, independently verified by A Greener World (AGW), the world's largest regenerative certifier. The 2026 is among the first vintages to carry it.

What that means in practice is farming that leaves the land better than we found it, year on year. Healthier soils, more life between the rows, a vineyard that is more resilient.
